At the consultation we will discuss your present eating habits and how best to go forward. It may be that you need motivation to stick with a diet plan. Or perhaps you have a particular foodstuff that you wish to cut out altogether (thinking chocoholics etc.).
We can use the hypnosis to give you a fuller feeling when you have eaten less food and also to boost your confidence and self-esteem.
We can also look at any other issues that might be having an effect on weight problems and deal with them where possible.
